Due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be variations in color and patterns among them. We hope you enjoy using our products, each of which is unique and made just for you.
The items we offer at JTOPIA may exhibit variations in color and texture (individual differences) even if they are the same product. These differences are the result of various factors such as the position within the kiln, weather, and temperature during firing. These variations add to the charm of handmade products, which are distinct. It's important to note that individual differences are not considered product defects, so please enjoy the unique character of handmade items.

We provide transportation insurance for shipped items. In case of damage upon arrival, we will compensate through transportation insurance, either by offering a refund or reshipping a replacement product. If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days after the product's arrival at info@jtopia.co.jp.

Yes, we offer complimentary gift wrapping with the quality of Japanese department stores. JTOPIA's dedicated gift staff uses elegant royal blue wrapping paper and carefully packages your gift.
In Japanese gift-giving culture, it's common to attach a "noshi" to wrapped items. If you'd like, we can attach a "noshi" to your package, so please feel free to let us know.
Yes, a free wooden box is included with nearly all of the products available at JTOPIA. We place the product in a wooden box, perform gift wrapping, and deliver it, ensuring an elegant appearance suitable for a special gift. Note: Some items may not include a wooden box. Please check the accessory section on the respective product page for details.
Yes, we offer engraving services. Typically, we engrave on the inside of the wooden box lid. (Engraving services are $10 per 5 characters.) A skilled artisan handwrites the engraving, providing you with a unique, one-of-a-kind product. Please let us know your preferred Chinese characters or wording.
